Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before ordering something from me. By sending an order request, you are accepting the rules below.

⦁ I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable accepting.⦁ Payment is done by PayPal invoice, in euro (€) only and upfront. I'll not start the work until I have received the full amount.⦁ Refunds are only available if I haven't started working on your commission, unless it's a problem on my side: in that case you will get the full amount back.⦁ Please don't chargeback ! If you have an issue, talk to me. Doing it anyway will result in your name in my blacklist, and actions will be taken.⦁ To get your commission done, I'll need you to send me a character reference sheet, what you want for the art and any additional wishes you may have.⦁ Turnaround time is usually one month or less. It may need more time to get it done, in that case you'll be updated.⦁ During the process, you will receive WIPs and have the opportunity to ask for changes if needed:

Sketch: any changes can be done for free, this is the most important step to modify anything you dislike !
Lineart: small changes are accepted, no big modifications.
Coloring: any changes regarding the colors are accepted, no other modifications.
Finished: only very small changes are accepted.Please note I will be way more flexible if the error is on my side (for example I missed a detail of your character)Once the art has been approved by you, it is considered finished and I won't edit it after that.

⦁ I keep artist rights on my creations, I am allowed to use commissioned works for purposes such as building a portfolio, showing my skills or promoting myself.⦁ You may use the artwork you commissioned from me as an avatar, a banner, etc. and you may repost it anywhere freely. All I ask is credit when doing it.⦁ My artwork is for personal use only. Custom designs can be used for commercial purposes, but it does not include the original artwork which is personal only.

Please note greatly complex character designs will require an additional fee, and adding an extra character in one art piece double the initial price (same for a third one etc.)
